Return Policy:

We want you to love your item(s). We understand occasionally it’s not what was expected, we’ll gladly process your return for qualifying items within thirty (30) days from the purchased date. A shipping fee of eight dollars ($8) will be deducted from your total when the return is processed. Original shipping fees are non refundable. 

• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed.

• Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached.

• Handbags and / or purses are final sale.

• All accessories are final sale (Ex: Jewelry, hats, etc.) 

• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

• No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. 

• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be denied.

• Return packages must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order delivering. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial.

PodeRosa Clothing reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity

Incorrect or missing item from order:

If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please email us

at info@poderosa.shop within 2 business days of the delivery date. For incorrect

items, we will process a free return label for you to ship it back. We will send out a

replacement or refund.
